Had preshift monday we were told that 401k. Will be going back to full match that we had before Fedex stopped the match. :grouphug:

In his defense, the post mentioning the 401K was labeled "FedEx boosts 1Q, yearly earnings forecasts". It would have been easy to miss.
 
For me this is a big morale booster, sure it's only bringing us back to where we were, but in these economic conditions it's impressive that they did that at all, thanks Fedex.

What is a pre shift? We dont have meetings at our terminal...still waiting for the announcement of the Raise, theSafety shoe policy, ...the 401 increase, Fedex financial results... etc etc etc.... please keep up on the postings so we can stay informed...Have not had any kind of meeting at our terminal for i would guess 6 months or so...Was told by a Salesperson today that the meetings cost the company to much money, so there wont be any.....glad to see other terminals have them so we can hear from them..Please keep the information flowing... Thank You :thumbsup:
