Thank you for the info sundrop03. I just found the language (Article 34) in your contract. I work at ABF, and our current contract does not yet have that language (2018-2023). We are still under the MOU rule. Hopefully, we can get that language in our contract in 2023 as we have city drivers that are limited to how many hours they can work on their 6th/7th day due to that MOU from 2004.
