FedEx Freight | A better place to work

Bump all centers up one spot on the GPD scale and get rid of E. Raises shouldn't be wiped out with insurance premium increases and the top tier insurance should be high premium with set co-payments and zero deductibles.

Supervisors should be held accountable for damaged freight.

A stock purchase plan that allows employees to purchase stock at a discounted rate.

We need to get rid of B as well

Instead of GPD. How about develop metrics that score a center on several factors such as safety score, lost time work accidents ,departure times, call offs etc.
The centers who show up to work and move the freight safely get the $$$.

So a center with 10 drivers is the same like one with 200?Or a center in the woods is the same like any of the big city areas?non stop construction and traffic.

This place isn’t that bad, it could be worse you could be at SAIA. But the problem is the few problems we have are very big problems that the company chooses to ignore. Those are things like horrendous health insurance, the company caring about shareholders over its customers and employees, zero accountability for management, etc. this of coarse is just IMO

Stop bringing over people from the Express side to run anything on the Freight side. They are two different operations cannot run the same way and be expected to produce the same results, There are too many variables that change by the moment daily, that these arbitrary “numbers” they try to achieve everyday is like chasing the dragon.
