Bump all centers up one spot on the GPD scale and get rid of E. Raises shouldn't be wiped out with insurance premium increases and the top tier insurance should be high premium with set co-payments and zero deductibles.

Id like to see the sickdays turned into pto, use it as you need it, keep a couple for when you really need it, and paid at vacation rate, so less penalty to take a day when you need it

So a center with 10 drivers is the same like one with 200?Or a center in the woods is the same like any of the big city areas?non stop construction and traffic.

Like it or not your income does depend on your co-workers, management and labor alike. If they are screw-offs it hurts the bottom line and therefore affects everyone's ability to earn more

This place isn’t that bad, it could be worse you could be at SAIA. But the problem is the few problems we have are very big problems that the company chooses to ignore. Those are things like horrendous health insurance, the company caring about shareholders over its customers and employees, zero accountability for management, etc. this of coarse is just IMO

Stop bringing over people from the Express side to run anything on the Freight side. They are two different operations cannot run the same way and be expected to produce the same results, There are too many variables that change by the moment daily, that these arbitrary “numbers” they try to achieve everyday is like chasing the dragon.
