I would have to say that the 3% is pretty much a done deal. One of the contract proposals I plan to submit in 2023 will be to change the OR bonus to 97%=1%, 96%=2%, 95%=3%, 94%=4%, etc., etc…..
Just don’t tell Razorblade. He already thinks that we are greedy and ask for too much. LOL!!!
