Same for XPI (Providence). Every terminal around us is getting 11﹪.Curious enough Xwc who WAS in the metro region months ago does not qualify for new metro raise. I guess you only do that when you need to put pressure on.
WOW !!! That’s truly a a real shocker that u guys at xpi aren’t considered a metro sic. Why? Cause driving and doing p&d in Provenience has to be a nightmare. I know the natives down there on the interstates are nuts. That area is not a country area filled with industrial parks, is it?Same for XPI (Providence). Every terminal around us is getting 11﹪.
We're getting 4﹪
They said it has nothing to do with the area. It’s all about the terminals that can’t hire or keep drivers. We do a good job at that so we are being punishedWOW !!! Sorry to hear that. Maybe you can transfer to a metro terminal that‘s not too far away, say xsx or xwo and get the 11+%. You’d help out yourself and the terminal that can’t get nor keep drivers. They said it has nothing to do with the area. It’s all about the terminals that can’t hire or keep drivers. Their FOSt’s all about the terminals that can’t hire or keep drivers
That makes no sense. XNH does not have that issue. We can find new hires, they might not be the best, and not many people leave. They said it has nothing to do with the area. It’s all about the terminals that can’t hire or keep drivers. We do a good job at that so we are being punished
Has to do more with the threat of unionization. Man you guys can be thick. They have taking temperatures of each terminal for the last few years in earnest. ( surveys with your names) Cheaper to raise the rate 11 % to stave off the possibility then spend the money once it happens. That makes no sense. XNH does not have that issue. By that thinking XPP should be at 40 something a hour cause they haven’t been able to hire in years and XNB just doesn’t want to hire anyoneThey said it has nothing to do with the area. It’s all about the terminals that can’t hire or keep drivers. We do a good job at that so we are being punished
XNH already had its campaign. It didn’t workHas to do more with the threat of unionization. Man you guys can be thick. The fact that they already had a campaign puts them at a higher risk category as far as the company sees it . Cinnaminson Nj got the 11% and voted the union out last year . They could turn as fast as they voted it out to voting it back in . Imagine if the company didn’t give them the 11% . They could easily realize the company screwed them if that didn’t happen and vote it right back in . Yes, it’s that simple and it a juggling game the company plays all the time . Unionization is the #1 consideration for the company in these decisions.By that thinking XPP should be at 40 something a hour cause they haven’t been able to hire in years and XNB just doesn’t want to hire anyone
