Washington DC does the exact same thing. We had convoys into the city and they stripped the feeds.

You might find a few google earth cameras or private live streaming cameras etc that show the real time situation. Maybe.

A semi tractor will burn about 300 gallons in about 80 hours give or take depending on continuous idling. So its a start. Its going to require almost half a billion dollars in fuel to keep a tank in all 50,000 every three days.

An examination of Canada's Fuel Inventories is not online. Its either taken off line or unavailible publicly. I dont think Ottawa can support 50 to 150 thousand trucks worth of fuel more than a week.
