Heard on a trucking podcast that Arnold trucking closed its doors after 90 years in business. They said over 400 workers lost their jobs.

Its sad when folks loose their jobs. Things are tough right now I fear it'll only get worse over the coming months.

With reading some of the forums on here about about places closing terminals and cutting runs and consolidation make me wonder if the trucking industry is going through another transition, and is it for the better or is something worse coming.

The transition has been here for years, and continues getting worse.

Sadly times have changed. Drivers now days suck, can't speak English, can't drive, can't shower can't **** without a bottle etc. We're a dieing breed
