Why are they only going back to Nov. 2008, is it because that was when the grievence they heard was filed? If that is the case, our steward filed on that issue way back when they first started the pay differential. Of course we are at one of the yards where we havent had any grievences heard since we signed the contract.

The second week of the contract in the north this was grieved for us, time heals all I guess.
