Gavin Eugene Long, who ambushed and murdered three Baton Rouge police officers, was a member of the Nation of Islam. Videos on Long’s YouTube account show that he “also ranted against ‘crackers’ and made references to Alton Sterling, the black man killed by police in Baton Rouge on July 5.”
Last year, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan accused whites of persecuting blacks, and stated that the Qur’an teaches that persecution is worse than slaughter (cf. Qur’an 2:191 and 2:217). He then called for a bloody race war as he disgraced a church to preach violence and murder, referring to death as “sweet”. He stated that he was looking for “10,000 fearless men” to “rise up and kill those who kill us; stalk them and kill them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling!”https://www.jihadwatch.org/2016/07/baton-rouge-cop-killer-was-nation-of-islam-member
Mainstream media seems to have missed this.
