Better off going with fedex. You are paid for everything you do at fdxf. Sefl you are not. Was 72.5 cpm last year. Top out is negotiable depending on how badly they need you

Not sure on pay/benefits differential. But as far as culture goes, SEFL alot like NPME before they were sold down the YRC drain. Looks like you've already experienced the big company culture which is nowhere close to this well run privately owned company.
