How much a wk for medical,dental and vision for me and two kids? What is linehaul top rate and how long does it take to reach top rate? I'm looking at the Florence, SC barn. Thanks

73.58 cpm (2 yrs to top) .. wife and i plus 3 kids is $87.60 for family, $10 for dental, $3.42 (no idea if it's cheaper with no wife)

You and kids is $51.50/wk for medical. $7.50/wk dental & $2.61/wk vision. Add a spouse and it goes to what slinky stated.

There is a cheaper plan too with higher copays and deductibles

I contacted the TM in Florence he has 5 RD guys that turn every night. He said its slow but hopefully in the near future he'll have a opening.
