Yup Our Terminal Manager said a mouthful this am he said all accidents are Preventable even and accident with a Bear
he said that Bear Shouldn't have been in the Road that he Killed himself there fore the Bear Could have Prevented the accident by being
some where other than the road ??????????????????

While that is a dumb analogy. I believe all accidents are preventable. Maybe not by the Con-way Driver but if a circumstance someone where changes all accidents could have been prevented. Remember our Safety principle says all accidents are preventable but DOESN'T say all of them are preventable by the drivers.

Last company update said no employees directly affected. LOO didn't run LDA last night they ran it to LTU instead.
