well if this does happen all over the earth as they say, then i can see the prices of food jumping up. the food crops may freeze, or have their growth stunted, causing smaller harvests, from countries were we get our produce from.

many other environmental issues may certainly arise, some of you can look into that as well.

Us snow birds are going to get really cold. ...no sun to warm the atmosphere. ... heating costs will be through the roof

Stimpy not to mention frozen water pipes.
All other water sources freezing so the wild life & livestock won't be able to drink.

With just that one thought,can us Northern folk change the date of this event to late spring ?
