Tony A. gave us our new payroll seminar a month ago and he said the plans were in place to buy someone in the N.E.[name not mentioned] but due to the economic downturn they had been postponed until this spring.

it would be a good match. if the pruchase happened, we would both be former YRC companies. i think we are just now getting past the effects of our previous purchase.

I dont believe yrc would sell us, if you listen to the third quarter press conf the question was asked to yrcs bill zollars . He stated that things would have to get alot worse for them to even to think about selling new penn . Plus i dont think saia would take on the pension that would go along any company purchase of new penn.
