oh well...you live by the lead foot, you die by the lead foot. i feel no sympathy for him....
but i am sure, the DOT and CHP and anyone else, will crawl up inside that truckers butt to make sure he is at fault somehow....and
if not the law enforcement people, then the lawyers for the family will most certainly do just that....
