For those of you based in the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia, there's been talk about the FMCSA ruling dated 12/21/18 regarding California requirements on lunches and breaks:

That second lunch just adds an extra half hour to your work day. It shouldn’t be mandatory. Well, driver’s choice to take it or not.

Agree, and it has been punitive to me and my cohorts at FedEx. They have written us up and provided us with critical action and upwards when it has been discovered that a second lunch has been missed by a mere minute or 2.
