Do CA road drivers get paid by the hour or the mile ? Not sure if state law requires Hourly pay ? What is the current pay rate in CA ? Thanks
 
I’m from another company, but as I remember our drivers were paid by the hour. The clock in and clock out, drops, hooks, and fuel are all hourly with everyone else it’s paid by the number of each. The break system sucks. But ABF might approach it differently.
