Most folks the teamster vote doesn't even matter, You will do whatever the Boss Says. If they told you to eat your own crap to save the company on the water bill you yes men fools would be lining up.

i think you are wrong about the senior people . most have had enough and are ready to take a stand.
when we had this merge and last COO there was quite a bit of hatred to go around . yellow guys blaming roadway guy and visa versa. today im proud to say that yrc has done something they have been trying to do for a while now .
they have united the work force in a way they never imagined .
we at charlotte are united in our NO vote id say at least 85% to 90% at the very least.
good luck to us all we are gonna need it . but its way over due.
