An OD city driver in Salt Lake city last week made a U-turn on 900w against a double yellow 4lane busy industrial rd. at around 6a.m causing a small white sedan with 2 men to crash into it between the fuel tank and the trailer. Both were in critical condition, and had to be cut out from the fire rescue ripping off the roof, and as far as I know both survived. My question is, will he be terminated? From my experience, if at anytime a tractor trailer makes any kind of U-turn, it's alway's the drivers fault. I drive this road alot, and people do speed down it quit often.
