It just plain SUCKS, what they are getting away with. They did not learn a thing, or are they just trying to prove that the fund is drying up and really need this cut to happen.? OH for goodness sakes, magic numbers when will it stop? I know, when the cuts happen and they get their pockets full. My bad, I should not second guess them. Sorry, just cannot help myself
