Seen a job ad on indeed.com for city drivers in Charleston,WV, any rumors of plans to move into the charleston area or do they just post jobs all over websites? maybe just trying to get applicants for truckload?

The only thing that would make sense to me is if it is a dedicated account and looking for a few drivers in that area. They do that in places around the country where there is no terminal nearby.
 
We used to have a LTL place across the river from Huntington WV,been closed for a couple of years,Charleston??? thats a good one..of course probally a 100 or more, Avrts pass thru there every single day would'nt be a bad place to have parking and fuel!
