You can never keep a good wop down,he would suck as managment but as a dispatcher who knows, wait till he finnishes school. Oh thats right ,schooled people are what got us into this mess to begin with.Who is feeding him info to begin with,he doesn't drive anymore,he took the easy way out,(I don't have to put up with this stuff I'm going to school).
Edit for rules violating
[/quote]Great post Pilot, I couldn't of posted it better, myself. Just don't let the Roadway/YRC Management get to you. That is the old-Roadway style of lie, deny, and blame game. Management always try playing a role of an evil Mr. Rodgers. They try twisting people's words around and try to force everyone to break the rules, and if they don't do it, then the night forman has fun writing disaplinary letters against the drivers. YRC/309 Management only want drivers who they CAN (control). I was always called to go in that office after every trip. I wonder why?
Remember, how I was bumped off the CVE/218 Bid? I was all of a sudden not qualified to run a bid, because I had a number of unknown so-called callers, who called to complain about my driving. I had ten calls placed against me in three days, what I was told anyway. The funny thing about that is I was on vacation the days I was accussed of, then the night forman tried rewriting the letter to the days I was working on, later. It wasn't even right on the second attempt either. Only off about 12 hours from being correct.
Yeah, thats management at its best, right there.
Thats why I never turned in my logbook copies. According to DOT Regs. drivers have 15 days to turn in copies of logsheets to the company. I guess thats why the night forman was upset, because the letters I was being accused of didn't match up with the hours I worked. Sound familiar?
I wasn't in the office for very long, because I would always let them rip anytime I was in there.
