Possible another victim of faith in a GPS,which does not have the technology to know over pass heights.
How about this simple rule.
Forget the GPS driver,keep your eyes open,& know the height of the equipment that you are operating.

MY g.p.s. KNOWS HEIGHT of overpasses and NEVER ROUTES ME into one.
IT IS SET UP FOR 13'6" CLEARANCE.

I have as well CLEARED overpasses claiming 13'4".

Policy of Celadoom:
HIRE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE and get them seated.
Celadumb used to ONLY hire people with 2+ YEARS DRIVING EXPERIENCE, but not anymore. Required "experience" is akin to swift, werner, pam, stevens transport, usa truck, cr england, and other carriers of a MINIMUM 3 MONTHS.
