R&L | China Grove Linehaul

I'm about to start as a systems driver on east coast do they get paid more than the hoe everyday linehaul drivers

System it would be closer to $400 here east coast about $397 for a straight hit. If it’s a meet or extra stop which is typical it’s closer to $430. Benefits are much cheaper here too. Estes micro manages considerably more as well.
Last I knew Estes solo rate for extra board is 66.5 cpm top. Or $419 for 630 miles.

Estes long runs are drying up as they do away with lay downs. Buddies still there explicitly told me not to come back it’s gone down hill. I’d your are not happy here go find some where you are happy.
sorry for asking so many questions i am just lost on this pay thing and no one can help me understand but how much per mile do you think i will start out at as a systems driver thanks

are you still working for R+L

Does China grove have equipment issues ? Do they have enough trucks and dollies or are drivers waiting around for others to return ? Do they have day runs or is it all night work ?
