Some of them must forget how to be polite and helpful too. One of them was so rude, I felt like telling him to go F himself.

That's not a requirement in today's freight world... Word like "complainer, bitching,and you should be lucky to be here" comes to mind..

Maybe this is how things go here, but being a jerk to each other makes for a hostile work environment, which can and does affect production.

Management treating drivers like they are appreciated, is how you create better employees.

Flies is not what they want, they want a "Yea" sayer these days.. "Do what I tell you and shut up".... It will certainly catch up with Estes, just as what is going on at FedEx now... Won't be surprised to hear the "U" word come up very soon... Especially if it goes through at FedEx..
