Lately,

I have seen several AAA 's city tractors running at night around the northside of ATL . Most of them have liftgates as well . I didn't know but, I figure they must have a contract hauling car parts or newspapers for the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution). Seems like I meet two or three every AM on my morning drive.
 
We have trucks running 24-7 out of all the metro Atlanta terminals. What you are seeing are the early morning P&D.
 
10-4, It's just a little unusual , I know most P&D drivers run daytime . Hey man you gotta get that freight now days it's hard to stay in the trucking business without it.
 
It could also be shuttle trucks running back and forth between the south side and north side terminals.
