How could someone who "knows" how to declassify documents be foolish enough to think he could keep any documents?
The archives didn't want them back...they demanded them!

If a president were to declassify Any top secret material he has to notify that person or department that originally classified those materials.
Who exactly did president Trump notify and exactly what documents found were declassified?
And if they were declassified, why isn't his legal team producing those documents for everyone to view?

Nobody is arguing against a presidents authority to declassify documents!
There is in fact procedures that have to be followed.
If your correct then why is any of this being investigated?

The investigation was over who the documents belonged to. President Trump or the government. It’s basically just another witch hunt and there are no federal procedures for the president
Not if President Trump declassified the documents he’s not in the same boat. The Supreme Court already ruled on the president’s right to declassify
Biden and pence didn’t have the right to declassify unless they classified it in the first place.

What about Obama, obviously he was lying about the documents, as well as the national archives.
Biden is in a much worse spot than anyone else,he wasn't the president when he took those classified documents, Obama was.
Pence didn't try and cover it up for 2 months, like Biden.
Trump was the president, he's in the clear, if the national archives want to play politics, they can start with an explanation of why they're lying about Obama era documents....
They've literally sank their own guy with their "gotta get trump" rationale, pretty funny.....
