In preshift meeting we were told By ops manager that they will be closing the Valdosta Ga terminal and moving the work to 402. ( along with a heavy seniority list) What are the chances of a metro bid behind this? I posted here say because I have not seen it in writing for myself.

Well I heard, in the breakroom @ 135 that they are going to close Valdosta,and they are moving the work to 402, and are going to service the 705 area from 402 with a drag line built parallel to I-75, from Atlanta to Big V. They are supposed to be in negotiations as we type, with the state of Georgia to aquire the land for an inbound line along SB I-75, and o/b will move north on the NB side. Also heard we may be moving Vidalia onions on the drag also, to 402, and we will load them there for distribution.
