Can someone explain this to me please..

What exactly is a coaching session? :confused:
What happens during a coaching session? :o
Does it go in an employee file? :confused:
Other than the blatant obvious reasons to get one, ie: performance, attitude, undermining a supervisor, etc.. are they used for other reasons? :eek:
Can an employee request an observer other than a supervisor to be present?:

How many coaching sessions is one allowed in a rolling 12 month period, and what the heck is a rolling 12 month period anyway?

Not that I know of. But you bet there will be at least 2 supervisors in there.

I can check but I would say no more that 3. (not for sure)
 
A rolling 12 month period would be if you got a session today then it would stay on for 1 yr, so as of this day next yr it would fall off.
 
What does a driver do if they have one and felt it unjust and uncalled for and the driver was vindicated during the session and does not want it in thier file?
 
As far as I know once it goes in it will stay there.
There is a appeal process but good luck .

Was not aware of them, but recently heard about them on another site (sorry but I read other boards and other groups as well as this one)
and wanted to find out as much info on them as possible. Never know what the future holds and its better to be prepared and ask questions now rather than later..

You can always call your HR person we call ours regular. I went in with one of our drivers for a so called coaching session the ccm made me clock out until it was over he sure is a sweet ol boy.
