It's just crazy ,this close to April raise and we can't get a straight answer on the cola.

" They have said the cola was definitely triggered but they are still arguing out the math and don’t have a firm date for us yet."

We had this discussion about the Yellow COLA raise over on the ABF forum (COLA thread). Following Yellow contract language and comparing your language to the UPS contract language which is virtually the same, you guys should be getting a 60 cent COLA raise.

15% would make it 51 cents, not 45 cents. I saw no language in your contract that stated a 15% reduction on the COLA. I am hoping you guys get the full 60 cents. With all you all have been through, you certainly deserve it.

Just got off the phone with a guy from our local and he's saying .60 cola and regular raise, for $1.00.
