:funky:side by side pull on to 1/2 sheet........ rev'um in up R drop brake and see the one goes the the longest distance........the plywood that is:hysterical:
Better yet, Lay half sheet of plywood on floor, drive over it forward at full speed, when front tires hit the front edge of the plywood, slam the forklift in reverse. Hold throttle down the whole time. This will launch the plywood 50 ft. or so. CAUTION! Be sure there is nobody within 75 feet or more. Caution!:hide:

A test of nerve. A chain should be fastened to rear of fork lift prior to attempting to assure recovery of lift. Here we go, load something very heavy in nose of trailer(pallets of batteries or steel fitting ) its best if you have 10000#'s or more in first 4 or 5 feet, then get running start into trailer, probably a good idea to remove forks first. slam on brakes just before hitting whatever you put in the trailer. Then enjoy the ride as the nose of the trailer hits the ground. Use prviously attached chain to pull forklift back to drop trailer back down. Now next persons turn.

Two things that I notice often that is unsafe forklift operation. When backing up looking over your shoulder, we use the roll cage bar to hold ourselves twisted. Our fingers wrap around the roll cage bar. They are vulnerable to being crushed. Just simply keep your fingers pointing UP. Don't wrap them around the bar. It will still help hold you in that position. The Second thing is your LEFT FOOT. Keep it ON the forklift floorboard. Many people let it rest on the outside of the lift, making it vulnerable to being crushed. Check to see if you do either of these things. The limb that you save may be your own.:1036316054:

Good advice! Keep all body parts within the framework of the forklift! Too many preventable work related injuries occur because of this.

Also: Please don't make (clear or even blue) shrinkwrap windshields!
