ABF | Concessions question???

HI Truckingboards, I have been away from freight for a year, laid off from ABF.
I am getting a call back letter, what am I walking into? What consessions are on the adgenda are they similiar to the YRC's cancer consessions? Any help before I have to call them back and give them an answer?

we havent actually had a proposal yet, but what we are hearing in 004 is the company is asking for the same concessions that yrc got and a 2 week cap on vacations.
