With all the freight coming and the drivers being called back, people would think that 309 would add some bids back up.

:chairshot: They did!
Yeah, probably only offered to the original half of 309, because the other half are never qualified to meet the illegal 700 mile requirements that are needed to make the run possible to operate. I have to admit those tractors are getting faster on covering a lot of ground at 62 mph. Are those the pee bottle bids? The ones where breaks are not allowed?

I believe that there are negotations under way to have "pillow warmers" provided on those longer runs. The stewards want glass but YRC is only offering plastic! :biglaugh:
Make sure there is a cover on it. It would be bad to hit a bump and have it spill all over the place.

I believe that the point of contention right now is how much YRC will charge for lids. :biglaugh: The stewards want the lids to be included in the price of the bottles.

Just wondering when and where the freight is coming from?italian?

In the Roadway days, Roadway could turn on/off freight as they pleased. It's all in the pricing of movement. If they wanted the freight from ANY CARRIER, all they have to do is undercut it, but then, that's a new definition of "Cheap Freight". It's easy to cut, but really hard to raise rates. Everyone wants it for next to nothing or NOTHING, a good example is EXACT EXPRESS/TIME CRITICAL. The mantra/sales pitch is "ON TIME, or IT'S FREE!". And with the way the freight has been failing or not being picked up, shippers don't really have the confidence to ship with us unless there is an enticement to do so. The age old addage is "Money talks/BS Walks".
Are we standing in a McDonald's line ordering food where there is a time limit to meet or else the food is free. Thank God, your not a YRC salesman. Now could you punch the clock, and go back to work, Thanks.
There you go assuming again. The truth is I am not going to get paid the same as a foreigner, with the rest of the Yes crowd from YRC, and thats before the Bfalls. :biglaugh:

The truth of the matter is your on Comp, and your days are numbered. Take the hint, stupid

Are we still assuming, again? Take your own hint. It only works to perfection on the confused YRC misfits. The (Y)es (R)unning (C)rew misfits, that is. People may want to rethink about staying before YRC takes a Bfalls. :biglaugh:
