Estes | Cook out at Dallas Tx

It seems that management has decided to
cook out for the employees at Dallas...they
will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs,
"smoked chicken" (what ever that is), and
all the usual side dishes.....it has been my
experience since coming to Estes, that
whatever manager, supervisor, cooks, will
loose his job....every one on the dock is
nominating cooks.....in Dallas, Estes is a good
company....it is the management that is
the problem....
Let's wait to see who gets "cooked"....

i agree totally, management has not been our strong point for quite some time. hope you dont end up with the spatula in your hand..
