Who knows what YRCW's demands might be under the heading of "flexibility". Could seniority, classifications, bids, and even overtime be at risk? Remember that most Union hourly workers at YRCW are exempt from the Wage and Hour protections under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The only reason they get overtime is because of the NMFA and it's supplements! Just ask some of the non-union drivers and dockmen at other carriers about overtime! Stay tuned!

Overtime, Classifications, Work Rules.
If those three things are taken away then somebody tell me WHY would I pay monthly Union dues for a job I could get somewhere else?
Sorry Boys, Don't see that happening!

The overtime stuff would be covered by the NMFA. And they're not opening up the contract the only thing they are talking about is the MOU.
