Is this who loaned the money that we took concessions for...,and wrote up our contract?
Should've known better than to do business with Yellow.
Happens to everybody.

Bad feeling it's going to be a repeat of 2008 after the election? Bad time to do a change of operations the one in 2012 was a disaster too.

Credit Suisse is having a COO of their own.

Looks like the investors and Execs saw how profitable it was in what they did to Yellow and all the companies they own and the Teamsters.....that they do the same thing to the tools who they used to do it.
Credit Suisse might not have great numbers now...
But the topdogs will still rake it in.

I read that the problem started when Credit Susse became involved with companies using 102 wide trailers. Was their downfall. The report said that if they had demanded all the trucking companies they dealt with, use only 24’ long, 96” wide trailers, and only had door openings high enough for pallet jacks to go in and out, this would not have happened. They went on to say that this would have also put thousands more trucks and drivers on the roads, creating more jobs and higher pay.

But then nobody would need credit. Would they? They'd earn enough to not need tax funded programs nor credit.

What a concept.
Can't have that......no way for bigshots to strongarm and make billions.

Rumor is the main reason they had a 4 Billion dollar lost , was because they didn't use Liberty Tax to deduct the -15% and daily meals deductions !!
