What is the current hourly rate for P&D drivers in smaller southern terminals? How long to reach top pay?

What is the weekly cost for health insurance/dental/vision for family?

I believe it varies depending on Region as far as pay. I'll shoot you a PM.
 
I won't give my pay rate as that gives my location, but check with Estes drivers in your area. Sefl tries to stay 50 cents or so below Estes top out
 
Also, you better be a yes man or a quiet worker or sefl will make you want to leave. They don't want drivers who openly express any dissenting opinion opposing leadership groupthink
