Yellow | does any body know if R14 IS GOING TO BRING BACK DRIVERS FROM LAY OFF

No sign of recalls yet. They are using laid off drivers and retired casuals on weekends , and they are having fun cutting bids every week. Freight is increasing and bids are decreasing and our union seems fine with that. Lets hope for the best , hate to see so many layoffs.

it seems like our union just doesnt care.I ALSO HEARD THERES DRIVERS USING 34 HR RESET AND WORKING ON THERE 7TH PUNCH I WISH THE UNION KEPT TRACK OF ALL THAT BUT I GUESS THEY DONT CARE SINCE ITS THE DRIVERS WITH SENORITY DOING IT

Seriously though, if you suspect its going on, ask your BA to investigate. The offending driver is supposed to at least receive a letter.

[/quote]Actually, that would be pretty funny to see a bunch of drivers from 309 stock the dispatch window with soft drinks, when they receive their bills at the dispatch window. I wonder if there is enough drivers from 309 that reads these posts from TB to pull that off in and on a one day event? Not just a couple of drivers, all the drivers that get dispatched for that one day.
