DOL extending overtime to salaried positions, why not truck drivers?

Truck Drivers specifically excluded from OT Pay back in the 1930's They get nothing of that type.
The Industry as a whole has never paid what Truckers ought to be paid since that time and probably will never do so. So they rely on cheap drivers easily replaced by any number of Orientation Attendees each week ready to take over the tractor.

Union Road Drivers are not paid overtime after 40 hours.
