We started getting driver reviews by dispatch a few months ago and I was wondering if any of the other centers do this? Basically it’s just a piece of paper with three subjects, teamwork, attitude, and performance. I had one for this month but it only covered the last 2 weeks. Just curious if this is an actual company policy because I spoke to some other drivers and they’re under the impression that if they don’t go well they’re being written up.

Hadn't heard about that but awhile ago we had DDI's from many centers descend on us and drive WITH EACH CITY DRIVER for a day. Supposedly it was a "Safety Eval". It was cool. No nitpicking about driving and there was an evaluation, but I haven't seen it yet.
For all I know they'll recommend I apply at UPS ;)
