just wanted to know if other terminals when you go for a frug screen do you get paid for it do you clock in. i know we have to log this just dont see how we can log that what log it as off duty.

You log it on line 4,"on-duty not driving", and no you don't get paid for it.

yea but isnt it illegal to log on duty on ur personal time shouldnt we be clocked in at least?i know years ago we got paid to do them

no you can do it ,i do everyday between run i pick up trl and then run short linehaul run

I was told to clock in on my last two test. I was on company time. I came into work and was told to clock in and go take my pee test. It was 30 min before work.

it should if you have to log on duty,i dont like to be on duty for free,

I don't know about line haul but in the city all the guys that go for the test are always on the clock.

We do are in house so it takes like fifteen minutes. Yes you do have to log it on duty not driving. This is a DOT regulation. I did not know this until my last drug test and was told to make sure I put it on my log/
