This should have been discussed in your WIN meeting. Nothing positive came from the dwell timer (savings) and it annoyed drivers, so they did away with it. It will still be a metric that is looked at and discussed but it will not be back in the handheld.

I think XPO has accomplished the 4 things you listed, what does everyone think?Hey, almighty.
In 2020. Drivers at XPO LTL will be :
1. valued and respected as human beings
2. given daily opportunities to succeed
3. compensated as though they are an asset
4. be shown loyalty from the company, in any way shown that we matter to the company
Any of these accurate ? Feel free to add to the conversation, if you like.
Or will drivers continue to need an application to acquire these things ? To this point in the XPO journey, the application route seems to be working out pretty well for a lot of families.
Do the people up top realize that we don't just talk on facebook or simply have each others phone numbers ? That many of us have or had worked together long enough to know each others kids and wives ? We have been to each other homes ? That the bonds between drivers extends far beyond what uniform we wear ?
