Hmmm now you got me thinking anyway as far as all this goes I think lack of drivers paired with lack of equipment and lack of effort from certain individuals is the biggest factors in what causes all of us others to pick up slack in the operation no matter what position you may hold it effectively hurts everyone across the board that's how I feel
