Here we are- DAY 5 OF THE EMAIL BLITZ - 4 DAYS UNTIL THE ELECTION



For all of you that participated in this week’s EMAIL BLITZ and all of the other initiatives we’ve worked on, Thank You from the NUCPP Board of Directors. Regardless of how the election comes out, we can feel that we tried to make a difference. Unfortunately, there are many that haven’t fought for what is rightfully theirs, but at least you know that you did all that could be done. And that’s all that can be asked of a person - besides VOTE YOUR PENSION!



To finish out the Email Blitz, if we could ask you to do two things:



1. VOTE YOUR PENSION! This is our last chance to put people in office that will actually help us - President, Senate and Congress. We just don’t need more lip service. What have they done this past term to help us?



2. Click on the Link and Email the White House: WhiteHouse.gov/contact and call 202-456-1414. Calling today and emailing may or may not make a difference. But one thing for sure is that if we don’t- IT WON’T MAKE A DIFFERENCE! It’s worth the few minutes of your time that it takes.

I had to wait awhile today to reach a live person, but that’s a good thing! I asked the girl today if they actually write down or record the call and she said they write it down, and all of the comments get sent to the White House later in the day



Mr. President, Please tell Pelosi, Mnuchin and McConnell that you want a pension solution NOW. We WILL VOTE OUR PENSIONS

Mr. President, We are still waiting to see if you will help us before we VOTE OUR PENSIONS. Time is running out for all of us. Please tell Pelosi, Mnuchin and McConnell that you want a pension solution NOW. We were put on hold until after the Supreme Court confirmation. NOW IT’S OUR TURN!



Again, thank you for your activism. We are proud to be working with such dedicated active workers and retirees.

Not really, in the next 3 days, polls will be tightening. We don't want a repeat of 2016, were the polls didn't reflect reality. Trump and McConnell will be reelected. Pension reform will be passed. I suggest if the FIGHTERS want to keep their dignity, that they don't vote their neighbors wallet.
