They spend a lot of time double & triple checking their #'s ,so someone else has to babysit while they are doing that.

We wouldn't need so many if they are held accountable for their actions and the operations they run.

You need back-ups for a back-up. One to entertain the office staff, the other to consume
molecule space.
God forbid you take the SCM away from his emails and finally see what the trenches are like.
