I noticed you all are hiring in my area. Any good tips on getting hired on? I spoke with the local TM and he said he's forwarding my application and an email to the hiring manager.

Is that a good sign or should I follow up with the hiring manager? The TM said if I don't hear from him not to hesitate to call back. I didn't want to call him too soon and appear overly aggressive. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the advice. I actually called him back this morning and landed an interview. Wish me luck fellas.
