NWR (Winchester, va) driver rolled over his kite, dolly still attached , and broke the pintle hook from the lead on I 81 exit 23 west va, (falling waters exit).....saw that as I was coming up I 81 Tuesday night heading to xhg......weather was quite nasty, lots of ice on the road. Heard his kit was 21,000 with batteries.

Just remembered you can run up to 42,5 with a single axle.

"The load shifted," is an old excuse for taking a turn or corner too fast, but if it really did shift, perhaps they should do a pro number history and find out who loaded it.
