If you were not put on the "do not rehire" list then it is possible. Reach out to your old manager and explain your situation.I left od in 2009 because i was on the extra board starving for miles this went on for monthes...i put in a 2 week notice and left to go work for another ltl company...my question is will they rehire me

"His" policy, is not OD's policy. We have had 2 or 3 guys rehired here. If I remember from some of your past posts I'm going to guess COH. Give the new manager a call.Well he had a no rehire policy...but he is no longer the tm

Ileft a year ago and was rehired a month ago..best decision I made but the other guys that left when I did for the same reason (only running three days week) were listed as not rehirable and when one tried to come back was told by Corp HR the SCM was the one that made them not re-hireable. So aparently its totally up to the SCM. I would definently give it a try and as others said, explain why you had to leave especially if you had a family to care for. Best of luck
