ODFL | Favorite Terminals

Every line-hauler has a favorite terminal,you know the one where you smile when you get your dispatch,could be for a number of reasons.Nice motel,fast turn-arounds,long runs,friendly staff,etc.Tuscon was mine especially for 34 hr.resets nice hotel,resturaunts,and the weather!lets hear about your favorite barns.

I think alot of drivers like WIC. Where else can you come in, dump trailers anywhere you please, leave broken equipment for someone else to deal with, and then hook up to something else and be gone. And do all of this completely unchallenged?

The CHI terminal is going thru a lot of changes. Just might turn out to be a favorite of mine. Right now it's DSM.
Hands down. George is the best dispatcher I've seen so far. Ya just can't beat his little pieces of paper.

i would say roa. i have a meet driver and hes great. no one at the terminal just drop and hook and go. now if i just could get out on time from my barn i would be the happiest ever

CHI used to be a pretty hostile place to outside drivers(and always topped the worst terminals lists) especially when compared to other nearby barns like DES and LSI that were very friendly places,nice to maybe seeing changes in the way CHI deals with foreign drivers

I like HAR...you dont even get out of your truck to turn your bills in....its likea drive thru. Also decent hotel and diner nearby.
