Centers with hiring issues are going top scale out the gate. thats the only thing that I know of from the office. They're also dropping the drive time requirement from the street and allowing outsiders to apply to DDC positions.seriously it's enough for me because I am almost 27 years in and I am not going anywhere BUT... With a driver shortage, how are they going to retain those guys at the bottom of the list with nothing to lose when they are paying less than others?
So the level C centers are moving up as well?My terminal moved up to a level D pay grade. $32.22 hourlh
We have openings in Nashville buddy...Well another let down like always, my terminal is at lowest gpd or what ever the lead clowns want to call it and we got 1.16 which puts us at 30.09. Now let's see how much we go backwards with insurance premium raise.
Meant not much differentThat's much different than us. We're at 30.33. Insurance will go up 7-10% . Spousal surcharge will probably go to $250
